Description
Chance 1148 Lazy Bill (Lucas) I Had A Dream/She Got Me Walkin. E+. There are visible marks from where the thumb cut of the sleeve allowed the atmosphere to penetrate. They are visible, with a brown cast, in the third picture. The white stripe is a light reflection and not anything on the record. They are barely, if at all, audible. Be sure to check my other items. I am offering an unusually fine selection of rare blues (Johnny Shines on J.O.B., Baby Face Leroy on Parkway, John Lee Hooker on Gone and an N- Frank Stokes, some fine, rare vocal group 78s as well as all five Elvis Suns. You must pay with Paypal. Shipping on the items posted November 16th and closing November 23rd is FREE, by Priority Mail domestic and Express Mail international. This includes insurance which is available up to $5000. Any loss above $5000 is at the risk of the buyer. One cannot insure for more than what one declares. Contact me directly at the contact points below to discuss any such concerns. I am happy to combine winning orders from the same auction. Every item I sell is 100% guaranteed! You must be totally happy with anything you win in my auctions! Grading is primarily visual, using the following symbols: “N” = New, unplayed (rarely used; N- is tops, for exceptionally choice discs) “E” = Excellent; little wear, original finish nearly intact; “V” = Average amount of wear, scuffs, light scrathes and surface noise. “G” = Quite worn/mishandled; listening enjoyment substantially impaired; “F” and “P” = worse and worst; virtually unlistenable, but of interest for the label or possession of a rarity. “+” (plus) or “-“ (minus) may be suffixed to foregoing symbols to indicate a somewhat better or worse grade. “/” is used to indicate the respective sides of the same record. Thus, V/E means that the first side listed is “V” and the flip side is “E”. When “book value” is referred to it references Jerry Osborne’s “Rockin’ Records” If for any reason you are not happy with the item you've won, simply return the item to me in the same condition I sent it to you and your money will be cheerfully refunded with NO HASSLES. I will even pay for your postage to return the item so YOU CAN'T LOSE! I have been selling rare 78s full time for over a dozen years. I buy collections and accept consignments. I am starting to sell some on eBay in addition to my regular auctions that appear on my BLUES WORLD web site. I pack and ship fragile 78s world-wide. Records are mailed with plenty of cardboard around them in new, deep boxes with lots of styrofoam peanuts all around them for safety. Particularly valuable iitems are double boxed.
